New College Durham — a great place to work, grow, and make a difference — is seeking an experienced Head of Learning Support to shape and enhance inclusive support services across the College. Working closely with the Vice Principal, you will help set the direction for SEND and Learning Support, ensuring provision is fully embedded within the student experience and delivers a measurable impact on student success, progression, and achievement.
We are looking for a knowledgeable and collaborative professional with a strong track record in SEND within further or post-16 education. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee the effective deployment of resources, manage funding and partnerships, and work closely with curriculum and support teams to promote a consistent, high-quality inclusive approach that enables every learner to thrive.
