CIS Student Registry Officer

New College Durham is seeking a motivated and detail-focused CIS Student Registry Officer to support the effective management of student data across the College. This role involves coordinating student enrolments, data validation, timetabling, fee assessments, and ensuring compliance with funding and UKVI requirements. You will also support internal and external audits, including Ofsted, and provide guidance to curriculum staff on CIS processes and data systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with student records or administrative systems, strong IT skills, and excellent attention to detail. You should be confident communicating with staff and students, able to analyse data, and committed to high service standards. Experience in process improvement or system testing would be an advantage.
This is a key support role in a busy department, offering the chance to make a real contribution to the quality and efficiency of College services.
